We stand behind our work with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our warranty coverage reflects our confidence in the craftsmanship we provide.
Interior Painting Warranty
All interior painting work is covered by a 2-year warranty against peeling, flaking, or adhesion failures under normal conditions. If you experience any issues related to our workmanship during this period, we will return to correct them at no additional cost.
Exterior Painting Warranty
Exterior painting services include a 5-year warranty against peeling, blistering, and adhesion failures. This warranty is valid provided the surface was properly prepared by our team and normal weather conditions apply.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by structural issues, water intrusion, or влагу problems
- Normal wear and tear, fading due to sun exposure
- Damage from accidents, acts of God, or third-party modifications
- Surfaces not prepared by our team
Payment & Refund Policy
Deposits are required to secure scheduling and are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start date. For completed work, payment is due upon satisfaction inspection. If you are not satisfied with the work, we will address your concerns before requesting payment.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact us at eliannaberg@walconserv.cc or call (775) 423-2132. Please have your original contract and payment information available. We will schedule an inspection within 5 business days.
